About the Classes
Grief Following Trauma | March 1, 2 and 3
- Grief Following Trauma will cover key grief and loss concepts relating to trauma and traumatic death. Participants will increase their knowledge of how trauma impacts the grief process and will gain skills for evaluating and supporting persons who have experienced traumatic death and loss. This course is designed for anyone who works with people who experience grief and loss following a traumatic event.
- This course is a a certified Critical Incident Stress Management course and serves as one of the three required classes for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association’s Rapid Response Team Chaplain program.
Times:
- March 1 & 2: 6-9 p.m.
- March 3: 8am-4pm
Location: The Lab (128 1st Ave E)
Program Fee: $85 per person, includes lunch
